Lets take a q-tip & clean out the ports where the injectors are going to sit....

If you look in your grommet kit for the rail you should find 6 aluminum washers....

These are placed on the intake manifold where the tip of the injectoris going to go....

Your going to want to tap these in with a hammer lightly....

In your grommet kit, you got these 6 rubber washers, they go on the front of the injector....

Later on they are going to sit like this (no rail pictured).

Here is where I went wrong. I bought the HKS grommet kit but

it didnt come with a little o-ring for each injector, so I went & bought

some o-rings somewhere which were too small, so i decided to use two,

to make the connection even tighter...well they didnt work for shit &

i ended up loosing about a weeks worth of work.

Call HKS & get the o-rings for these injectors. They are expenseive, around $8 each.
