[mkiv] Smoging

Hey Dean, 
Just wondering...  Why 94 and not 93? 
It's not like the 93 had problems that were resolved in 94 or like Toyota changed a bunch of stuff from the first year to the next, and if you're shooting for uniqueness, the Premier Edition (93) is badged as such on the interior and just as unique as the Anniversary Edition 97 or the final year 98...
