[mkiv] Junk Getrag?

Fair comment Brian, but the "off the shelf" adaptor doesn't actually work
"off the shelf" and requires some modification, as the starter from the 1UZ
fouls it; plus it can benefit from a few improvements.
A fellow who put a Getrag in his SC400 recently detailed the conversion, and
it's obvious from his writeup that it's best to bench fit the motor,
adaptor, flywheel/clutch kit, and Getrag prior to attempting to install them
in the car. His process took several weeks, and he's an experienced
machinist and had all the equipment "at hand" to make the custom parts. I'm
neither of those, so it'll take me longer, and I just didn't want my car to
be down for a month or two while I was using my Getrag as a template.
