[mkiv] AEM 6sp Gear Calc

My 6spd is in the shop getting the kinks worked out of the AEM. When I take
delivery I'll be glad to assist.  Delivery seems to be an elusive date
tho'.  Don't hold your breath.  These guys have had my car for over two
years putting in a single, FMIC, BOV, AEM EMS and an AEM Serial Gauge and
some cockpit electronics - a strong argument for DIY.
