[mkiv] AEM 6sp Gear Calc

I am really surprised that no one on the list has a 6sp supra with an AEM 
EMS without either a gear calc and/or traction control working.  It would 
really be helpful if I had it - I would appreciate it!  Anything you might 
find elsewhere would also be appreciated.

Help the mkiv.com hoster for ten years!
