[mkiv] Underhood Squeaking

On the third picture it's the pulley in the upper right.  The one with 
the 4 holes in it.  Car has been in the garage all winter and the 
squeaking has been getting louder as the winter has gone by.  I let it 
run to idle once a week in "storage".  Is this the Water Pump Pulley? 
What could be causing it to get squeaky and what can I do to fix it? 
Car idles fine, it's just noisy.  I want to start driving it soon, so i 
wanted to know what could be the cause of it.   Thanks!
