[mkiv] Turning ON the car after a long winter

If you were smart, you'd have changed the oil before storage. All the
combustion byproducts are corrosive, so you want clean oil when it sits.

I pull the two EFI fuses and crank the engine over for a few bursts of
10 seconds each. This gets the oil circulated before attempting to
start the engine. Check the tire pressures, too. They'll be a little
flat sided from standing in one place all Winter and it takes a few
trips to get them back 'round' again.
