[mkiv] Factory oil cooler alternatives

I'm in the process of building a new engine and would like to not use the
factory oil cooler and wondered if anyone had any good suggestions for an
aftermarket cooler setup.  Ideally, a parts list and or a how-to guide would
be best, or if someone could point me in the right direction, I would
appreciate it.
