As I mentioned (offline), I have mine mounted in the uppermost left corner
of the windshield. Not ideal, but it doesn't block any really critical
sightlines. It's no worse than the Valentine 1 mounted just below/behind
the rearview mirror in that regard.
Not ideal, as I said. I'd appreciate others' thoughts on this, too.

If anybody is really satisfied with their setup, please post hints and/or
pictures.
My basic dilemma is that windshield is a bad place to mount it (either
blocks the view, or is hard to reach). And I'm hesitant to drill/glue the
dash, since removing the system will leave ugly marks.
