[mkiv] Garmin installation (was iPod adapter)

Same here, wife bought nuvi 660 for Christmas. GMTA, I guess. Everything
works great as you would expect. Nuvi microphone has pretty good quality
too. However you probably want to wire the power cord to some neat location.
The cigarette lighter adapter that comes with nuvi is so big that I had
trouble inserting and removing ignition key.
Oh, and make sure your stereo says 16808, otherwise PA11-TOY will not work.
