[mkiv] AEM WB AFR Controller

Dave, I'll be sure to weigh my 2JZ when we pull it ;-)

Here's a pic of the motor hanging from the load cell:

I bought a set of these hanging scales a couple of weeks ago. Accurate to
0.2 lbs and they go up to 1000 lbs, and have a 1.5 overload factor for the
load cell. I found them on eBay and the best part is they were only $180.

You can zero it with nothing on the hook, or with a full motor on the hook.
They'll weigh pieces and accumulate a total, they do gross, net, tare, and
they display in pounds or kg's - and they even have a serial port for a
printer or a PC - pretty slick.

They're available in 500, 1000, 2000, 4000, etc. up to 20,000 lbs.

Here's a link to a set on eBay just like mine: http://tinyurl.com/2r829p and
you can get the vendor's reference from the ad. Nothing to do with me at
all, but highly recommended - great buying experience.

John, if you have a 2jz laying around that you could weigh also, that would

be very interesting. I know I received one on a pallet, and it was 602 lb
(if I remember correctly) but that included the pallet and the engine had
some of the accessories on it.
