[mkiv] AEM WB AFR Controller

It's going into the '97 after I get the supercharger on it.
I wanted a bit more grunt down low, without sacrificing the top end, so
hopefully this little 4.0l V8 with 15 psi of boost will do both. Plus it'll
weigh a fair bit less than the 2JZ. I weighed it hanging from an engine
hoist two weeks ago, with a set of precision hanging scales, and it came in
at 398lbs, but that was dry, no flywheel, and no supercharger, alternator,
P/S pump, A/C compressor, or headers. So I figure it'll come in around
450lbs or so, finished.
