[mkiv] AEM WB AFR Controller

Hey Erven, the FJO didn't make my shortlist. It and many others on the
market only read down to 10:1, which can fool some folks into thinking that
although the engine may be running kinda rich, it's still OK, when in
reality it's pegged and may actually be running a "lot" richer than
10:1.....

The FJO also have a dual wideband.
