[mkiv] Decent oil drain pan?

I just realized that I've been victimized by bad oil pans through all these
years, including by this @#$#%$@$#% pan I use now:

pan, let me know which one you use.

Also, has anyone tried to avoid filter change spill by punching a hole in
it? There are even kits for this:
