[mkiv] RE: head & tail lite swap (-> 97/98) (lance)

i believe the 97/98 tailights have a different amount of current draw than 
the 94/95, so the box thinks that there is a failure and forces the light 
on the dash to be always on... you just need the box for the newer ones so 
that the current draw agrees with the tailights.  If i remember there were 
some other people that had problems with the turn signal lights blinking 
too fast after the swap, and they needed to put a resistor in to slow it 
down - but i never heard how/if they solved the problem.
