[mkiv] Hub for momo steering wheel

I purchased a BOSS hub adapter for my Momo Tornado steering wheel. It's a
bit pricey because it comes from Japan ($180 US), but it has the cruise
control buttons on top of the hub. I bought it from SP Engineering
(California) PN#OT-156B. Same hub as on Nils car (t04r.com)

I wanted to retain the cruise control and didn't mind paying the extra. If
you don't mind losing that cruise control luxury then go with the MOMO hub.

I got standard momo hub with my Millenium for $80.
I've lost cruise control and horn, too lazy to make it
work again and not in big need.
