[mkiv] spal vs permacool link

i wish. i am however looking for a mkivtt6 (along w/ everyone and their
brother).

i guess i should probably amend my signature when in the supra community.
although dropping a 3s in the mkiv would do wonders for the handling, there are
very few in the US making 400 hp reliably from the 3s. US spec 3sgte was cursed
with a poorly designed 8 runner T-VIS intake manifold (and matching large port
head), and poor cylinder cooling in #2 and #3 which lead to alot of broken ring
lands and melted #2 and #3 pistons. the 3s was revised in its 3rd generation
with better cylinder cooling, small port head, and 4 runner intake, but this
version never saw north american shores. the 3rd gens are available to import
but are rather difficult to find. they make a much more capable platform than
our 2 gen US counterparts.

So you are takin a plunge to do a 3S into a JZA ? . If i win lotto , ill do
one ... amen to that , of couse tahts just after the 69 Mach 1 Fastback 302
stroked to 332cid with twin GT-25 turbos project . It would be a wet dream
to have that chassis and a 3S makin 500-600hp .
